Dues per year are Regular: $25.00, Family: $29.00, Sustaining: $75.00, D&H/Soo/CP RAIL employee: $23.00, Corporate: $75.00, Patron: $150, NOTE Mandatory surcharge of $16 for Canadian members for Air Mail cost.. U.S. First Class postage is $11/year extra - no postage surcharge for Sustaining members. Payment made after 1 May, dues are halved until 1 November, when dues return to full price but cover the following year as well. All amounts in U.S.$. Submittals

Printed materials for the next issue of the Bulletin must arrive at our Publications Office (2476 Whitehall Ct., Niskayuna, NY 12309) by noon (receipt of mail) on the first Saturday of the month. We encourage you to support your organization by submitting materials for inclusion in future issues. Only with your help can we move forward with the work ahead.

The BLHS is chartered by the Regents of the University of the State of New York and has applied for federal status as a not-for-profit tax-exempt organization. Its newsletter, the Bulletin, is sent to its members monthly. Opinions and comments herein do not necessarily reflect the views of the members, officers, or directors of the Society. Articles and material may be freely copied providing the Bulletin is cited as the source.
