Thanks for rolling through. We have decided to change direction and steam ahead to providing nutrition and cooking tips and advice in a different way. We love trains, but a recent health scare has us taking a new path to treating our bodies better. We aim to live longer and better improving the quality of our diets and the foods that we cook. We love to eat, but for too many years we really did not pay attention or really care that much about the impact that it would have.
